
Ello, I’m Nina Parker and I’m a London based chef.
I created Saucy consisting of 3 oil based products with the simple idea that they would transform your weekly cooking. I knew from my Instagram (@antoninaparker) and cooking for clients that people always want quick, easy recipes but, they also need them to be seriously flavourful. These lil’Saucy pots of joy solve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They simply Make Your Food Saucier ;)
The original Saucy chilli oil was inspired by a Sri Lankan chef on the Island of Capri in Italy when I was on my cookbook shoot, Nina Capri. Who knew a tomato rigatoni with a spoon of spicy textured oil could transform a dish to a completely different level?! The idea that a lil’flavourbomb condiment could elevate a simple food stuck with me.
Years later, after using a version of this chilli oil for my private chef dinners, I decided to bottle the magic and in 2023 Saucy was born.

I have worked as a professional chef for over 10 years and provenance and quality have always mattered to me. This was especially true when I thought about bringing out a product line.
Saucy is made 1 hour outside of London in my parent’s barn where I have created a commercial kitchen. It is made in small batches using a ton of fresh ingredients which I believe sets is apart from other chilli oil brands. Not to mention there are no preservatives or E numbers in the ingredient list.
